TLCC is here to work in partnership with families to give your child the best start in their early years. We foster an environment of education, security, and comfort.
Our infant classroom is designed to be functional and practical for your needs of our children. We are a smaller more personal center that is designed to offer all the comforts of home while offering an educational environment with a strong emphasis on academics and socialization.
Our caregivers and teachers not only provide the necessities for your child (changing diapers, feeding times, nap times), but also provides the gift of teaching. Your child is held, talked to, sung to, read to, and given opportunities to explore his/her environment. Bonds are formed, friendships are made, and there is learning and fun everywhere you look. We are your child's first teachers. We help shape and teach your child and make sure their experiences here at TLCC provides them with an excitement and love for learning that will continue the rest of their lives. And it begins here in our infant room.

Our infant room has a refrigerator, microwave, bottle warmer, infant table, individual storage areas for your child's belongings, high chairs, swings, bouncy seats and lots of toys and activities to keep your child busy during the day. Toys are chosen with care and intention to provide the necessary stimulation that promotes curiosity and developmental and intellectual growth.
When you walk in you will notice the soothing colors, cozy rugs, and lots of children's art work on display.
Sensory activities and art projects, in addition to being fun and interesting for babies and young children, encourage children to explore and investigate. Sensory play helps to build nerve connections in the brain. It encourages the development of motor skills. TLCC team members allow our little ones times for sensory exploration in order for children to have experiences that promote brain development and growth.
